Fixed and mobile call buttons allow patients to request help from anywhere in your facility. Staff alerts can be configured to be visual, audible, or display on a computer or mobile device.
Mobile alerts
Use your iPhone or Android device to get alerts while you're on the move. A notification will appear on your screen showing the location and time of the call. Easily configure your device to vibrate or play a sound.
Visual alerts
Over Door Lights placed outside each patient room make it easy for you to see active patient calls. With a quick glance, you can see if a patient needs assistance and address the issue without returning to the nurse station.
Customizable audible alerts
Audible alarms are an important part of the notification process. To be effective, they must be set up to work in your environment. Our sounders are configurable to ensure that patient calls won't be confused or lost within the floor's audible alarm environment.
Centralized call management
An LCD panel located in the nurses' station will display all active patient calls. Multiple displays can be used in other locations if required.
Send alerts to your PC or laptop
Our PC Alert software will securely route patient-nurse calls to any computer. The computer can be located anywhere as long as you have access to the internet.
Patient room / bed call buttons
Our antimicrobial button mounts in a fixed position on a wall. It can be activated by pressing a button or pulling an optional tether.
Mobile patient nurse call
Our wrist band call button will always be with your patients as they move about. This allows patients to feel secure knowing that their call button is always with them, and facilitates quicker response to falls and other situations where the patient can't access wall-mounted call buttons.
Patient call analytics
Our software keeps a secure log of all patient call activity. The system will record the location, date, time of patient calls, and the date, time, and location of the person who reset the alarm.
